Annual GOFF Club Dinner

Mark your calendars! The annual GOFF Club season kickoff dinner is scheduled for January 21, 2012.

The purpose of the dinner is to present awards and recognize the achievements of our members during the 2011 season and kick off the 2012 season in a fun social event. This includes crowning our 2010 club champion, Kjeld Christensen. Re-living some of the most fun moments of the year always brings smiles and laughter. All members and their families and friends are invited! Space is limited.

You will choose from this menu and give your individual order to the servers at the restaurant.

Grande Plate
A combination plate including a beef taco, chicken enchilada, and a
chile relleno, served with Spanish rice and refried beans.

Pollo Chipotle
A grilled breast of chicken covered with a spicy chipotle sauce, topped
with jack cheese, served with black beans Spanish rice
and a choice of tortillas.

Chile Verde
Lean pork sauteed with green chiles and spices, served with Spanish rice,
refried beans and tortillas.

Enchiladas Las Hadas
Snow crab and bay shrimp wrapped in two flour tortillas, covered
with Pedro's cream sauce and white wine, garnished with avocado slices
and paprika, served with Spanish rice.

Dessert
Smooth and creamy cheesecake topped with strawberry sauce
