You may click here to sign up for this tournament. It will open an e-mail window with this tournament name in the subject line. Just type your name in the message body area (AOL users must put tournament name in body area with your name as well)and send the mail and you will be entered in the tournament. Your entry will be recorded but will not be official until your check is received. When space in the tournament runs out, the entries submitted with checks will be given first priority.
Scorers
Pick up scoring tally sheet from Bob McArthur and closest to the pin markers from course staff. The job of the scorers is simply to collect the cards and record the scores on the scoring sheets then determine the winners for each flight. If there is a second group of scorers designated, they are to relieve the first group to receive and record the remaining score cards.It is not the job of the scorers to check arithmetic. It is the obligation of the four golfers in each group to check the accuracy of scores and do all the math. Score cards must be submitted with total gross scores and net scores as well as total putts already computed. If scorers receive cards that are not properly completed, they are to return them to the golfers for proper completion.
Golfers
Find Renato (or his representative) to obtain your score cards and become informed of any special rules for the day. Complete your score cards before turning them in to the scorers. This means checking for accuracy and doing all the arithmetic, which includes gross scores, net scores and total putts. If your card is not complete, it will be returned to you for completion. Please turn in your completed score cards before you go to your cars to unload your clubs.
